Customer Commitment & Revenue
Which orders and lines are likely to miss the customer promise, what revenue is exposed, why, and what can still be recovered?
PulseIQ is the governed intelligence layer between fragmented enterprise evidence and the leadership decisions that protect revenue, margin and customer commitments.
Target live in 1–2 days once genuine customer approvals, read access and security/network prerequisites are ready. Public product examples use synthetic/reference data.
Start with the business outcome
PulseIQ applies industry best-practice KPIs and then adapts them to the evidence actually available in the approved source scope. Business users validate the result; they do not design the integration.

Connect commercial exposure to the operational blockers creating margin leakage, delay cost or LD risk.
Expose BOM, drawing, approval and engineering handoff dependencies before they consume downstream recovery time.
Prioritise shortages, purchase commitments and supplier delays by their impact on customer outcomes — not just exception count.
Focus operations on the work, capacity and shipment constraints most likely to change the customer outcome.
Measure from the customer-approved baseline, independently verify benefit and let verified same-customer outcomes strengthen future recommendations.
Customer effort is intentionally small
Authorise the agreed read-only enterprise-system scope and name the business/IT owners.
Tell us which business outcomes matter first. PulseIQ starts from industrial best-practice KPIs.
Review the baseline, representative risks and recovery outputs that PulseIQ generates.
Customer leadership approves the exact verified configuration. PulseIQ cannot approve for you.
No table-name workshop. No source-to-target spreadsheet. No KPI-design project. Those are PulseIQ responsibilities.
Reachable sources use approved read-only APIs/OData/reporting interfaces. Private sources can use the outbound-only Secure Read Relay. No inbound firewall opening is required for the relay and source credentials remain in the customer environment.

PulseIQ reads approved evidence. It does not write back to source systems and does not autonomously execute operational actions. Customer leadership retains decision and go-live authority.
Activation
The clock starts only after genuine Day-0 access/security prerequisites are ready. If a source restriction blocks activation, PulseIQ surfaces the blocker rather than turning the engagement into an open-ended integration project.
Compounding intelligence
Only sufficiently supported, independently verified same-customer recovery cases may strengthen a future recommendation. No fabricated success rate, no cross-customer learning claim and no causal overstatement.
Commercial model
Standard proposition: ₹0 upfront implementation fee and ₹0 platform fee before independently verified benefit. No independently verified attributable net economic benefit means no PulseIQ outcome fee under agreed terms.
Start with one: customer commitments, revenue, margin, LD, engineering, materials, production or shipment. We will map the shortest governed path from your existing systems to decision-ready intelligence.
